Can you find a sit-com, movie, or even a churchgoer who today thinks having sex and living together prior to marriage is something negative?
Of course this behavior does NOT coincide with the “best practice principles” of the Bible — or should I say, the commands of the Bible.
Now some recent statistics have shown that the Bible’s principles are the way to live as a couple considers marriage. Stats probably won’t motivate anyone to change their behavior — unless Pastors implement a similar practice in marriage preparation for Christian couples, that Patrick Fagan implemented in the 1990’s, and that Mike McManus reports on in his column in Ethics and Religion.
